Hola a todos. Llevo meses dándole vueltas a la idea de invertir en un departamento en Chile, pero cuanto más leo, más me confundo. Me preocupa equivocarme en la elección del proyecto, caer en algo sobrevalorado o terminar dependiendo de información poco confiable. He visto que la diferencia entre una inversión bien pensada y una mala puede ser enorme con los años, así que quiero hacerlo con cabeza fría. ¿Cómo asegurarme de escoger un departamento con buena proyección, evitar opciones basura y realmente aumentar mi patrimonio a largo plazo sin perder tiempo ni plata?
